If you’re dissatisfied with the product anytime within 30 days after you receive it,Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-510-766-2855 with the product name, lot number and number of bottles you wish to return. Return request will be reviewed and processed.

Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.

If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents.  Claims for defective or damage product must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
